- 반복되는 처방전 준비까지는 24시간 정도가 소요됩니다. 당일 서비스는 3달러의 추가 비용이 발생합니다(단, 최소 4시간 전에는 사전 통지가 필요합니다).
- 상담 비용은 복잡도, 시간, 사용 재료에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
- 자금 지원을 받는 환자가 되려면 진료소에 등록해야 합니다.
- 뉴질랜드 거주자와 선별된 비거주자만 임산부 돌봄이 무료입니다.
- 사전 2시간 미만의 통지가 있을 경우 예약 누락 수수료가 부과될 수 있습니다.
- 연체된 금액에는 징수 비용이 추가될 것입니다.

Nurse Phone Consultation Charges
Due to significant demand for clinical advice from our nurses and an increase in both the number of calls and the complexity of enquiries, we are no longer able to provide all nurse phone consultations for free.
For this reason, as of 13th November 2023, a fee may apply for your nurse calls based on the length of the calls.

We hope you understand why we have had to make these changes. We still encourage you to call our nurse line for brief clinical advice or book an appointment with your GP.
Below are answers to some of your questions:
If one of our nurses phones you or we have requested that you speak to one of our nurses, generally a fee will not apply, as these calls should not take more than 5 minutes.
For example, to triage you because you have an urgent concern, or you have respiratory symptoms, or a doctor has declined your prescription, and the nurse needs to discuss the next steps e.g.) get blood tests done.
However, if you then request further clinical advice from the nurse and the call is extended, a fee may apply.
These calls should generally not take more than 5 minutes. Our nurse team will endeavour to triage you and advise you on whether you need a GP appointment as quickly as possible.
