** Missed appointment fees apply when less than 2 hrs notice is given.
- Please allow 24 hours for repeat scripts – same day service will incur an additional fee of $10 (However at least 4 hours notice is required).
- Please note that consultation costs may vary according to complexity, time and materials used.
- Please note to be a funded patient you must enrol with the practice.
- Maternity care is free for NZ residents and selected non resident groups only.
- Collection costs will be added to overdue accounts
- Please ask if you would like to confirm any cost of a service beforehand, we will be happy to help.
Nurse Charges
Due to significant demand for clinical advice and an increase in both the number and complexity of enquiries, we are no longer able to provide all nurse consultations free of charge.
For this reason, as of 13th November 2023, if you call and leave a message requesting clinical advice, a fee may apply, even if you do not speak to the nurse directly. This is because the nurse may still spend time reviewing your records, researching your concern, or liaising with your GP or other team members before providing a response by phone or in writing.

We hope you understand the reasons for these changes. We still encourage you to call our nurse line for brief clinical advice, or to book an appointment with your GP for more in depth concerns.
These calls should generally not take more than 5 minutes. Our nurse team will endeavour to triage you and advise you on whether you need a GP appointment as quickly as possible.
